Hari Raya 2013!!

Finally we officially ended our Raya outing last Saturday!!

Manage to rent car again on weekend and manage to cover some houses!!

So the end of our Raya outing despite we are still in the month of Syawal!!

We are still accepting quest during the month of Syawal!!

So a short update on our Raya!!

Alhamdullilah, Raya this year when well!!

Get to rent car for the 1st 5 days and we manage to cover the important houses!!

As for this year, we did not tailor made our baju raya, same as last year!!

Buying ready made is much cheaper despite having a hard time finding the same tone colours!!

So on 1st day im in Turquoise and kids in Blue!!

Lya baju for 1st day was sew by her nenek and I manage to grab Haziq baju on eve of raya and lucky we get the same tone as Lya!! As for me, I juz wear the Turquoise baju which I bought at Nufaa and as for my Kain, the kiddos nenek (my ex mother in law) help to sew for me. So much thankful that she able to sew for me!!

We are in Black & Red during visiting with my father side!!

This time we convoy with total of 6 cars!!

Manage to covers lots of houses on that day!!

We also in white during 1 of the Raya visiting!!

 

N on the last day of visiting, we wore Dark Blue theme!!

I simply love my baju!! 1st time tiring something different and simply love it!!

Manage to match the kids with the same tone of colour too!!

That is how we celebrate our simple raya this year!!

Belated Celebration!!

I have neglected my blog for so long!!

Too busy at work and home too!!

N moreover its Hari Raya!! So we are busy visiting too!!

But this update is not about our raya, mayb next time will update about our raya!!

This is a long overdue entry!!

Lya's turn 5 on 3rd August 2013!!

N it's fall on Saturday!!

That Saturday is her dad turn to be with her so we not able to celebrate her birthday on that day!!

Its her dad turn to celebrate with her on her actual day and for us, we celebrate the next day!!

Its a mini celebration for her and not to forget for Naufal too!!

As their birthday fall 2 days apart!!

We had our celebration at Abang Adobe!!

At 1st I planning to just order pizza but I change my mind and decide to cook!!

So I cooked Aglio Olio and Honey Chicken!!

SIL cooked Subsuka and also Kway Teow Goreng!!

Step Mum bring some food too!!

Our dinner for that day!!

  Before celebration, we snap snap 1st!!

Since the celebration fall during our fasting month, we get to breakfast together!!

After solat magrib, its recite doa time for the birthday kiddos!!

Back home and this makcik can't wait to open her present!!

Glad that she is happy with her present!!

Ramadan!!

How Ramadan So Far???!!

 

For us Alhamdullilah!!

 

We have completed 8 days and today will be the 9th day, insyallah many days ahead!!

 

Talking about Ramadan, not forgetting my kiddos!!

 

I must say that I'm so proud of both the kiddos!!

 

Its gonna be Haziq 3rd Year this year to fast full day and he doing well as usual!!

 

N for Adik, its her 1st year this year to fast full day and alhamdullilah she manage to do it with flying colours!! Yes, she really did it!!

 

As Abang started his full day when he is in his K1, so I did the same for Adik too!!

 

Trying to be fair and making the kids learn and understand the feeling of being hunger!!

 

Both the kiddos seem so big already, its easier to manage them now when come for fasting!!

 

Adik never even complain about anything but I notice she cant go out walk2 during fasting month!!

 

Coz like last saturday, she follow me send Abang to madrasah and usually after sending them we off for our breakfast, unlike that day since we are fasting, we proceed to Library instead!!

 

N she start cranky saying she tired and cannot tahan!! hahahaha!!

 

Start la her drama mama!!

 

I keep telling her, u must stop saying u cant and u must tell urself u can do it!!

 

N yes, she still manage to fast full day on that day and we even off to geylang around 5ish!!

 

Trying to change the kids mindset when they say they cant!!

 

They need us to motivate them and im sure they can do it!!

 

Insyallah Adik can do it this year!!

 

As for Abang, he never a problem during fasting!!

 

U Go Kiddos!! U Both Can Do It!!

 

 

Oh and on the other note!!

 

I will be shifting to Suntec Office on 26th July!!

 

It's really a last minute decision done by the boss!!

 

So am I looking forward for that day?? No Im Not!!

 

I know everything will be different from here!!

 

But I hope I will get to gain more knowledge there!!

Party & Bugs Time!!

When for a birthday party last Saturday!!

 

But in the morning, Me & Lya off to ICA to collect her new Passport and my new IC!!

 

Mak help me to send and fetch Haziq to his madrasah as my appointment with ICA is in the morning too!!

 

After ICA, off we when Vivo City for our breakfast and also to buy the birthday present!!

 

When home after that and rest for awhile!!

 

The birthday held at Sengkang, I've already plan for our long mrt ride but SIL msg asking if we wanna go together with them!!

 

Since they going about the same time as us, we tag along them!!

 

It's the Sarafynas Birthday Party!!

 

We reach just on time for the games and kids get to join them!!

 

As usual  the kids step malu to play along but they did join at the end of it!!

 

 

After game, they queuing for Balloon Twisting!!

After the party, off we proceed to take public as we not joining abang coz the going home!!

The kids wanted to take the LRT which they have yet to try at Sengkang area, so their 1st experience!!

We took LRT and off to Sengkang Station to change to circle line and off to Serangoon as we wanna go to NEX!!

 

Budak excited nak naik LRT!! 

 

 

The kids complaining they are hungry upon reaching NEX!!

 

They didnt eat much at the Birthday Party coz too busy playing!!

 

So we off to Mad Jack for our Dinner!! 

 

 

After dinner we jalan-jalan and off back home!!

 

As its the last week of school holiday, brought the kids to the place that they bugging me to bring them on that Sunday!!

 

Us all ready to go!! 

 

 

Took bus 66 straight to Sciene Centre!!

 

The kids have been bugging me to bring them to see the Mega Bugs Return!!

 

We are all excited upon we reach to see all the big bugs outside Science Centre!! 

 

 

The moment we enter, Lya seem a lil scare as she was welcome by all the big bugs!!

 

But lucky enough, they did show a video of how all being set up and after seeing the video then she's ok!!

 

We get to see all kind of bugs and its interesting coz some of the bugs we didnt even know it exists!!

After seeing all the bugs, we had some bite 1st before we proceed to science centre itself!!

 

The ticket include of the science centre entrance too!! 

 

 

The kids and myself loves to go Science Centre as we get to learn a lot of things!!

And off to IMM for some groceries shopping then off home sweet home!!

 

School have started and back to normal routine!!

 

And it's Lya fresh new start!!

 

New School and New Friend!!

 

She all excited on her 1st day!!

 

N no crying from her and she get to adapt her new school well!!
