The Rewards!!

A promise is always a promise!!

 

N i always make sure I never break any promise especially with the kids!!

 

So as promise to the kids before Ramadhan, I promise them that I will reward them if they fulfil to fast the whole month of Ramadhan!!

 

This year is the 1st year Adik start to fast and I trained her to do half day for the whole month of Ramadhan!!

 

She did it well despite being cranky in the morning but as usual I will distract her with something which make her forget about her milk!!

 

She missed 1 day and of course I dont blame her, she juz too small to understand but of course practice make it perfect!!

 

I want her to learn n appreciate Ramadhan!!

 

To make her feel what is it like with no food and drink!!

 

Half day is better than nothing and insyallah next year u will do better!!

 

As for Abang, he never fail to make me proud!!

 

N my poor boy lose so much weight!!

 

Alhamdullilah, he complete the whole month of Ramadhan!!

 

Its his 2nd year and he made it again!!

 

His 1st reward last year, as per the link below!!

So this actually motivate him to do better for this year as he remember that if he fast for the whole month of Ramadhan, he will get his reward!!

 

So yesterday after work, I wen to source their rewards!!

 

Adik still get her reward even though she miss 1 day!!

 

But she didnt get as much as wat Abang!!

 

N again, that make her to motivate to do better next year, insyallah!!

 

The moment i step my leg in the house, the kids all excited to see me carry a big bags full of present!! Kids with just their panties running to me!! hahaha!!

 

The priceless smile from them!!

 

 

The excited them open up their present!! 

 

 

 

N of course they are happy with their rewards!! 

 

 

We shall see how their next year Ramadhan will be!!

7th & 8th Syawal!!

Another Raya update!!

 

Finally on 7th Syawal we wen to my dad house!!

 

Usually we wen my dad house on the 1st day of raya and this year is the 1st time we wen later!!

 

Better than never right!!

After that off we wen Thomson Medical Hospital to visit the GF and her newborn!!

After that off we when back home and out again after magrib!!

N yesterday, I took leave!!

 

N the urge of baking mood is there!!

 

So for the 1st time I tried to bake Tapak Kuda!!

 

Easy to do and also finger licking good!!

 

Kids simply loves it!!

1st to 3rd Day of Syawal 2012!!

Still on raya mood!!

Back work today, so sian ok!!

Alhamdullilah our 1st to 3rd day of Syawal when well!!

1st day is the most touching moment and this year is totally different!!

Not only the kids not around but Abang family too as sister-in-law still on confinement!!

So it just me and the parent!!

The most sad moment is when salam the parent and ask for forgiveness!!

Banjir ok Bukit Batok, hahaha!!

I stay at home till the kids back!!

Stay alone at home as the parent when for visiting!!

Thank god the kids father send the kids early and I so happy to see them!!

Few mins after the kids back than the parent back too!!

That's when my raya start!!

We only when 2 houses on the 1st raya!!

To Abang & Obek house!!

For the 1st time I didnt when Bapak house on 1st day as he already out!!

So meet him at Obek house!!

Since we wen for only 2 house, we use our last year baju!!

N thank god it still fit on us!!

N as for 2nd day of Syawal, we jalan-jalan with bapak side but bapak didnt tag along as he will be at Step mum side!!

As usual we rent bas for the whole family!!

The most moment the kids looking forward for as they loves ride the bas!!

N we simply love this moment as we get to gather together for raya!!

No tailor made this year!!

Bought ready made and thank god I manage to get the same colour!!

We wen about 8 houses and last house is at Abang house!!

Lucky as it easier for us to go back!!

The kids really enjoy themselves!!

And yesterday the 3rd day of Syawal!!

Im on leave!!

We wen to Abang house again as the kids requested!!

They wanna play bunga api wif their kakis!!

Siang Siang buta main bunga api eh!!

We also jalan raya yesterday nite after magrib!!

We wen for 2 house only and both at Teban!!

Red Vs Blue for our outfit!! 

We have yet to finish our visiting!!

Especially for Mak side!!

Insyallah this weekend we will do more visiting!!

Preparation of Raya!!

Alhamdullilah we left a day more and we gonna celebrate Hari Raya!!

For this year, it gonna be slightly different as the kids will not be with me on Malam Raya and also on 1st day Raya!!

I will only get to celebrate with the kids 4pm onwards on 1st day Raya better than nothing right!!

Sad of course but its ok!!

They also need to celebrate it with their father!!

Nevertheless, our Raya preparation for this year still as usual!!

We only get 2 new baju for us as we wanna recycle the old one!!

N the kids get to help me prepare raya cookies!!

Haziq is a good helper and Adik is a good tester, hahaha!!

NDP 2012!!

It's the Singapore Birthday Yesterday!!

The kids knew it and they have been bugging me to bring them to watch fireworks!!

So yesterday we off  to our usual spot and also our favourite spot!!

We reach early so we walk walk at Gardens By The Bay!!

Its our 1st time there!!

We so semangat and so Singaporean yesterday!!

After walk around off we go 7-11 to get our food for Breakfast!!

Lya's 4th Birthday Celebration!!

As plan, took half day on Friday for Lya's Birthday Celebration!!

Took her to ride the Angry Bird Cable Car!!

Both Abang & Adik excited wen they see Angry Bird on the Cable Car!!

We were given Angry Bird Mask upon purchasing the ticket!!

Our 1st stop is at Sentosa!!

 

After walking around Sentosa we took again the Cable Car to Mount Faber!!

And at Mount Faber, we get to capture more pics!!

And there's more cabin on Angry Birds!!

There's game too!!

Off we took the cable car to Habour Front!!

On time for our Breakfast!!

N this is the 2nd year her birthday fall during fasting month!!

So as usual, goody bags for her classmate is a must!!

Even though she cant celebrate it with her classmate but still a goody bags is a must to give coz that will make her happy!!

Since no cake cutting at school, I order for her a Cake Pop something different this time as last year we gave her classmate a cupcakes!!

Just look how happy she is when she received the Cake Pop!! I choose her favourite colour and also her favourite decoration!!

N also to add on with this, I ordered an Angry Bird Stationery with a Activity Books too!!

So yesterday nite, we packed all and ready to bring to school today!!

As for her goody bag, she choose it a Princess Theme this time!!

The Goody Bags and also the item inside!! 

Hoping her classmate love it and also I'm glad Lya is happy with what she gonna give to her classmate!!
