Birthday Celebration!!

Hello Hello!!

Im Back!!

Selamat Hari Raya To All!!

But Im not gonna update about our raya!!

Let us finish our Raya visiting then will update!!

So today it's an update on Lya 6th Birthday!!

N yes, my baby gal turns 6 on 3rd August 2014!!

How time flies!!

Super fast!!

N she will be in Primary 1 next year!!

Did this short shout out video for her just like his brother!!

Show her during mid-nite and she all smiley!!

We didn't get to celebrate on that day itself due to our busy Raya Visiting!!

So i decided to take leave on the next day just for her!!

Morning send Abang to School & After that send her too!!

She all excited to give her goodies bags to her classmate!!

She choose Frozen for this year!!

Frozen fever!!

I'm happy to see her happy with wat she gonna give her fren!!

Im sure her friends will be happy to receive!!

At 12pm fetch her home and we get ready to fetch abang at 1.30pm!!

I rented car for 2 days and so on that day, manage to drive them out!!

We had our lunch 1st at Ayam Penyet Jurong Point!!

After lunch, zoom we off to Vivo City!!

Birthday gal choose indoor playground!!

It's my normal practice to let them choose where they wanted to go each time during their birthday!!

I want them to be happy and feel that day is special for them!!

So since we never when The Polliwogs at Vivo before as they just opened, we give a try!!

Im glad the kids enjoy it!!

After tired playing, we off to buy our dinner for that nite as we going to celebrate with the family!!

As usual, we recite doa first before we start the celebration!!

N we had a combine celebration!!

Naufal turns 2 on 1st August 2014, their birthday fall 2 days apart!!

Birthday boy shy shy on that day!!

N so I manage to get Lya Frozen cake!!

Happy la dia!!

Bought the dinner at West Coast, macam da lama tak makan sana!!

So decide to buy Mee Goreng, Kway Teow Goreng, Rojak Mama & also Satay!! Yum Yum!!

After the celebration, time to pass the present to the birthday boy!!

N not forgetting, I did bought for his kakak too!!

It is actually a small token for Kakak Nadya who complete her fasting for the whole month of Ramadhan but of course Kakak Naura get her share too!!

Glad the kiddos love their present!!

But of coz my kiddos get their share too coz Alhamdullilah they manage to fast for the whole month of Ramadhan too!! Giving a gifts is not to pamper them but to me its a motivation to them!! Just like us, we need motivation to keep going!!

So well done Abang & Adik!!

N Adik, once again, Happy 6th Birthday Sayang!! Semoga dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki, jadi anak yang Solehah, sentiasa hormat orang tua dan belajar rajin-rajin!! Ibu & Abang Always Love U!!

Accomplish Weekend!!

It's a tied weekend for us!!

As it is the last weekend I get to spend time with the kids while its school holiday as next week they will be with their Ayah!!

N another weekend, fasting started!!

On Saturday, we start our day early and we are going JB!!

It has been so long since we when JB together and we choose to go by Public!!

Wanted to rent car but I felt insecure as there's lot of cases on lost car, so to play safe, we go by public!!

We left home at 7am, took 160 from Jurong East and off to JB!!

We had our breakfast first at Larkin!!

The satay so sedap, different from Spore, there we ate with their special kicap!! Yum Yum!! Lol!!

After breakfast, Mak when to collect her watch which she send for repair and off jalan2!!

After Jalan2 around larkin, off we proceed to Angsana by Taxi!!

While we otw to Angsana, by chance we saw Upin & Ipin Cafe!!

I know there's 1 cafe at JB which is near Angsana but just not sure around where!!

So my dotter, the Die Hard Fan of Upin  & Ipin so excited and bugging us to go there after our shop!!

My reply to her, "see how la later"!! Lol!!

So we walk around Angsana and we had donut break!!

After that, off we continue jalan2!!

N my mak nenek keep asking whether we will be going to Upin & Ipin Cafe!!

Me & the parent agree since we are already around the area!!

But tell her before we going there, we need to get for abang his Subway!!

The son have been craving for Subway for so long!!

Kecian anak aku!!

So we bought Subway home and after that, we walk slowly to the cafe!!

Told Lya, see we need to walk all the way just bcoz of Upin Ipin!! LOL!!

But of course, once we reach, she smile happily!!

Everything in the Cafe are Upin & Ipin!!

Both the kiddos get so excited and even choose their seat near the TV so that they can watch the Upin & Ipin Show!!

When the Menu being pass to us!!

Lagi the kids tak sabar!!

If can, they want to order everything!!

 They ordered Kids Meal for each which come with the drink!!

As for us, we order the ala-carte meal!!

Food not so good and I find it's pricey too!!

So told Lya, this will be the first and last!!

At least we tried kan!!

So ok la!!

Janji anak happy, hahah!!

After makan, let the kids choose the souvenir which they sell at the Cafe!!

Our day end with Happy Kiddos & Happy Ibu!!

Their Ibu also happy!! Coz she get this!! LOL!!

Tiring Saturday but our mission accomplish!!

As for Sunday!!

I've plan 2 activities for them!!

1st is to Science Centre for the Robot Zoo Exhibition!!

Before we off to Science Centre, we had our breakfast first!!

After breakfast, off to Science Centre!!

Bought ticket for just the Robot Zoo exhibition as we are not planning to enter the Science Centre!!

We are all excited about it!!

Very interesting place indeed!!

We get to learn a lot of things and the kids gets to try all the activities in there!!

There's also colouring section where the kids can do some colouring!!

Ibu diaorg pun join sekaki!!

The kids get to explore the biomechanics of complex animal robots to discover how real animals work!!

There's also a play section!!

It is really an interesting exhibition!!

I simply love to bring the kids to this kind of exhibition!!

Actually there's a lot of exhibition happening now till August!!

So we hope we can slowly visit them!!

After the kids done playing, off to McDonald's for lunch!!

N after lunch, off to our 2nd activity!!

Walk to Jurong East MRT and off to Bayfront station!!

Another exciting activities!!

2 Degree Ice Art 2014 which will be held till 20 June!!

We just can't wait to experience it the moment we reach!!

Since I've bought the ticket, we just need to buy our jacket ticket and also gloves!!

We are all ready to go in!!

The moment we in, we amazed with the ice sculpture!!

Kids start to "WAHHHH"!!!

Nice right!!

2 Degree is just too cold for us!!

So we decide to Exit after 1 round in, warm us up and re-enter back!!

We had fun in there too!!

We tried the ice slide and also we slide with the big tyre down!!

We did took a video while we slide, hahaha!!

Abang Haziq slide alone and so fast!!

Wanted to take video while we slide using the tyre but I decided not to coz I rather grab my both kids then I busy capture the video, as sliding the tyre super fast and there's also hump in between which can make us fly, lol!!

But it is fun!!

If not bcoz of too cold, Im sure the kids want more and want to stay longer!!

Im so glad that the kids really enjoy it!!

After that, we seat outside and have some hot drink before we go off from there!!

N since its only around 6+pm and since we already nearby Garden By The Bay!!

Ask the kids if they wanna go Garden By The Bay to the Children's Garden!!

Of course la they agree!!

Since we never when to Children's Garden before, y not right!!

N this consider our 3rd activity for that day!!

We walk slowly and actually I do hate walking at the Garden By The Bay!!

Coz if you go to the wrong route, you will end up walking longer distance!!

Kids get so excited when they saw the Children's Garden!!

Let them play till sweat & tired!!

 After all the fun another exercise to be done, LOL!!

Make them walk from there to Marina Square!!

But of course, there's a break in between!!

N we get to see the nice water place in front of Marina Bay Sands!!

 Reach Marina and kids request for dinner at Long John Silver!!

We really had a tiring day but most important we are happy!!

Can't believe we can cover 3 activities in a day!!

At least I feel satisfied!!

N most important the kids are happy!!

Next weekend, kids will have another fun with their ayah!!

They going Legoland and a stay at their hotel!!

Best kan!!

Hope the kids will enjoy themselves before a stress day when school opening!!

N I am so looking forward for Ramadhan!!

Night Safari & NMS!!

So June school holiday started!!

As I do not have any leave yet, so I can't really spend my time with them during this school holiday!!

N as for weekend, I'm not as lucky as other mothers who get to spend every of their weekend with their kids!!

I get to spend only alternate weekend with them as I'm sharing my weekend with the Ex-Husband!!

So my focus for this school holiday is to bring the kids to places that we never when before!! Insyallah!!

So the 1st weekend of school holiday!!

As plan, off we when Night Safari!!

It's our virgin trip!!

Yes, I myself never when there before!! Kecian kan, da nak 32 tahun pun tak pernah pegi, lol!!

Night safari open at 7.30pm to Midnight!!

So before going there, I do see their website and read up so that I can plan our journey and make sure we get to cover all the places!!

We when out at about 5.30pm and we took MRT to Kranji!!

 

N from Kranji we took taxi!! Save right!! Lol!!

 

N we reach Night Safari around 6.30pm!!

 

Since we reach early, we get to walk around and snap some pics!!

We get to see the Thumbuakar Performance at 6.45pm, near the entrance!!

After the show, just on time for us to enter the Night Safari!!

We choose to walk 1st before we proceed to ride the Tram!!

So we start off with the Fishing Cat Trail!!

We didnt walk much as we think taking the Tram is better compare to walking!!

So we decide to Q for the Tram ride!!

True enough, taking the Tram is better and you get to see the animal much closer!!

 

Didnt really capture much pic of the animal as we cant use flash!!

 

So most of the pic are dark!!

The kids really enjoy it!!

The animal is so close to us and some even we get to touch tem!!

Taking the Tram, we manage to cover all the Trail and get to see all the animal!!

 

We finish nearly to 10pm and just on time to catch the last show at 10.30pm!!

 

That's wat I've plan to catch the last show!!

 

N thank god we didnt miss it coz I find the show is the best show compared to Zoo or Bird Park!!

 

Even the kids agree!!

 

 

The show is about half an hour!!

After the show, off we go and plan for our late dinner cum supper!!

So we plan to just go nearby so that after dinner it will be easier for us to go back!!

Off we when Bukit Batok Central to get our late Dinner cum Supper fixed!!

 

We reach home nearly to 1am!!

Clean up and off to lala land!!

As for Sunday!!

Another virgin trip for us to National Museum of Singapore!!

I never fail to bring the kids to Museum whenever it's a school holiday!!

Coz to me, Museum is the best place for us to get to learn and at the same time having fun!!

It's also FOC!! So why not right!!

I don't remember going there during my school time, so consider my virgin trip too!!

But before we headed down to NSM, we off for lunch at Plaza Singapura!!

 

It's a Children's Season at NMS!!

Titled Masak Masak and the theme of My Childhood!!

I let the kids try everything in there and I don't mind waiting as long as they enjoy it!!

So we 1st tried The Salon!!

They get to build their dream home with their own imagination using cartoon boxes!!

Let them build and create themselves!!

I just help to do some gluing!!

After that!!

We when to the concourse area for some childhood games!! 

Then off to Level 2, to Rouleaux!!

They get to do their own miniature dioramas!!

1st they need to do some colouring 1st before they can cut it out!!

So I get to help Lya cut out the miniature which she already coloured it!!

After colour and cutting it, we need to paste it to another paper which provided and fold it!!

N u can see how beautiful the Miniature dioramas is!!

After that, we walk around and picture taking!!

At the same time, we waited to enter the Singapore History Gallery!!

After viewing the gallery, we when to Level 3 for more fun!!

N we also tried the Drawings of Sounds!!

It is so interesting!!

We also do get to see some exhibition at Basement!!

Very interesting exhibition where there's a lot of history which the kiddos get to see and learn!!

The kids also get to go to the Sculpture Scribble where there's interactive and fun installation using old and scrap materials!! Collection of works that combines simple physics and creativity!!

They tried everything!!

They really enjoy it!!

We spend about 5 hours there!!

After that, I make them exercise, lol!!

From NSM we walk to Raffles City!!

A lil break for Donuts!!

N after that we walk all the way from Raffles City to Suntec City coz we want to check out the new Toys R' Us at Suntec City!!

Then off for our Dinner at Pizza Hut as choose by the kids!!

N that is when I get so frustrated with their service!!

Imagine we Q for more than 30 mins and when you see there's a lot of empty seat inside but with full of unclear plate on the table!!

N only 1 staff taking order and at the same time clearing the table!! WTF right!!

Super pissed off!! If not for the kids, I will left the Q!!

Kecian anak nya pasal kan!!

Imagine how long we need to wait for taking order and food to be served!! Pissed off!!

N just look at the kids face!! Haiizz!! See how happy they are when they get to eat wat they want!!

Lucky they are there to entertain me even though I'm so pissed!!

Even to make payment took so long!!

I have to stand at the counter for so long!!

Ikut kan hati nak jalan je!!

N due to so much of waiting, we end up finish everything at about 9+!!

N the kids wanna take MRT back home!!

So we start walking again!!

Bole patah kaki!! hahaha!!

But nevermind la!! Walk pun walk la, janji diaorg happy kan!!

Overall, we simply love our outing to Night Safari and NMS!!

I have another 1 more wkend to spend time with them before fasting start!! Insyallah!!

End of Term 2!!

N so it's already June!!

Meaning June School Holiday have started!!

Before I start talking about School Holiday, let me start with the kiddos performance in school for term 2!!

Let start with Adik!!

As I just started at my new work, so no leave entitled!!

I did not get to attend Lya's PTM so I opp for telephone conference with her teacher!!

Glad that her teacher call me at the right timing so we get to talk long enough to know more about her performance!!

So watever being told by teacher Siti, I've expected!!

My gal who always quiet in school (only in School, LOL) but glad that even though she's quiet, she do pay attention and focus watever teach by the teacher!!

She do answer up each time question given to her!!

6 more months to go and she will end her K2 and step to another journey which is Primary 1!!

Yes, I do get worry for her!!

But for now, I let her enjoy and take thing slowly!!

I know, with all the guide, I'm sure she can make it!!

Her phonic lesson is really useful for her!!

I can see she improved ever since she join her phonic lesson!!

I hope, by end year, she will prepare for her new journey!! Insyallah!!

N so for Abang!!

Alhamdullilah, his result is good!!

Even though his result drop a lil from Term 1, I don't blame him!!

Coz each Term there's always new syllabus, so meaning every Term is a new learning for him!!

I don't expect him to score full make, I don't want my kids to be too stress up with studies at this age!!

I want them to enjoy and love wat they are learning!!

As for Abang, he do have tuition every week twice!!

I don't mind spending my money for all their classes coz I know, with more guide they will learn better!!

Education is never easy now, so at times I myself get worried if I don't teach them right, so that is the reason why I need someone to guide him too!!

So I get the 1st slot for Abang PTM at 8.00am before off to work!!

Alhamdullilah, the comment from both form teacher and malay teacher are positive!!

What he need to improve is his confident and to learn to speak louder, lol!!

My boy is a soft-spoken boy!!

Due to that, when come to group discussion, he tend to malu malu kucing!! lol!!

So I did tell him, he need to build up his confident!!

Insyallah, he can do it and improve!!

N I also do attend his madrasah PTM last Saturday!!

N also a positive comment and glad he done well!!

I'm happy to see his result and he get 4th in class!!

So I tell ask him, do you gain something if you study?

N glad he answer yes with smile!!

I always tell my kids, never study last min!!

If you know you have an exam, make sure you prepared before your exam!!

Never study last min coz you will not get to cover up all!!

I'm glad he listen to me and tak sia2 Ibu dia macam Singa!! hahaha!!

So here his result!!

 After his madrasah PTM that saturday, off we when library to borrow some books for their school holiday!!

N when to IMM as I need to go popular to buy some assessment book for them too!!

Yes it's school holiday but that doesn't mean they can play 24 hours right!!

I do give them time table too at home for their school holiday!!

I want them to spend time equally, Study, Read Book & Play!!

It's a no 24 Hours Play Time!!
